How is NPI Used and Shared? We use NPI to help us develop and improve the design and features of our services and enhance our users’ experience. NPI enables us to verify and authenticate your log in credentials easily and without re-entry of credentials on each session. We also gather information on how users view and use the website/mobile site and identify usage pattern and trends, so we can improve features of our website/mobile site/mobile app by tailoring them to user requirements and preferences.
